Located south of Deming New Mexico the Hancock Wash 001 placer claim can be worked year round.  Featuring good access and camping on location.  This claim is situated right below the known source of the alluvial mineralization.
This claim is best suited to be worked with a metal detector and drywasher.  There is no flowing water in the area.  Additionally, numerous mineralized tailings dumps provide a great opportunity for metal detecting and rock hounding specimens.
The benefit to mining is New Mexico is of course the year round weather.  Many northern claims have a short mining season between 5-7 months in length.  This claim has a full 12 month working season.
